Starting September 1st, we will be implementing a $50 No-Show fee if you do not notify us to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please make sure to contact our office if you need to change your plans for any reason.

To All New Clients:

Your $159 initial lab fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable if you don’t call to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please remember to reach out to us if your plans change to avoid this fee.
